Friendly Match: Chinatu, Okechukwu On Target As Abia Comets Thrash Right2Win SC 3-0

Abia Comets continued its preparation for the new season, as they thrashed Right2Win Sports Club 3-0, on Thursday in a friendly match, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

It wasn't a brilliant opening five minutes for the Comets, as they struggled to control the possession of the game. 

However, it became a different game as Kelechi Daniel went on an individual run, as he mounted serious pressure on the visitor's defense by striking the ball into the empty net to put Comets 1-0 in front, in the 21st minute. 

In the second half, Chinatu Eluwa doubled the Kevin Ejeh-led side lead to 2-0, after he forced the Right2Win SC goalkeeper to commit an error by passing the ball to him, in the 57th minute.

In the 88th minute, an impressive run by midfielder, Okechukwu Chukwu, saw him produce a thunderbolt strike, giving the goalkeeper no chance of saving the shot, as it went straight into the net, the team finished the game with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Right2Win SC.
