Fulham Boss Reveals What They Need Chukwueze For

Following his impressive display against Sunderland last weekend, Fulham manager Marco Silva has revealed what the club expects from Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Chukwueze came off the bench to provide the decisive assist that secured Fulham’s 1-0 victory, delivering a well-placed cross that resulted in the match-winning goal.

Speaking after the game, Silva praised the former Villarreal star for his impact but insisted the club now wants him to earn a regular starting role by maintaining consistency and intensity.

“He (Chukwueze) had a huge impact. It was a great assist from him, and we’re pleased for him. Now we need him to start games and keep the intensity throughout the 90 minutes,” Silva told Fulham’s official website.

The Portuguese tactician encouraged Chukwueze to continue fighting for his place in the starting XI as competition for attacking positions remains high.

Chukwueze joined Fulham on loan from AC Milan and is hoping his performances will secure more minutes and a long-term future at the London club.
