Full List of Team Nigeria's Delegation to Tokyo World Athletics Championships Revealed

www.bsnsports.com.ng can exclusively reveal the official list of Team Nigeria's delegation to the 2025 World Athletics Championships currently taking place in Tokyo, Japan.
The team comprises 25 members, including 15 athletes, four coaches, two medical personnel, a psychologist, and three Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) board members.
Contrary to earlier media reports suggesting that the number of officials exceeded that of athletes, the official liat breakdown clarifies the composition of the team.
The 15 athletes representing Nigeria in 11 different events at the global event are:

Additionally, Robinson Okosun is serving as the team's psychologist.
This official composition revealed to BSN Sports aims to set the record straight regarding speculation that officials outnumbered athletes in the delegation.
In competition highlights, Nigeria’s world record holder Tobi Amusan claimed a silver medal in the women’s 100m hurdles on Monday. She clocked a time of 12.29 seconds, finishing behind Switzerland’s Ditaji Kambundji.
