Full Squad As Super Falcons Set For Warm Up Game Ahead FIFAWWC

FC Rosengård's Halimatu Ibrahim Ayinde has finally hit the camp of the Super Falcons at the Gold Coast Sports Center, Queensland to complete the array of players invited by head coach Randy Waldrum for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, bsnsports.com.ng reports.

The team initially had 18 players train at the start of the 12-day camping exercise on the 3rd of July, but the late arrivals from Francisca Ordega and Halimatu Ayinde set a wholesome atmosphere for the Nigerian Ladies.

Halimatu, 28 years old, featured for the Super Falcons at the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup held in Canada where the team failed to progress from Group D, and also at the 2014 Africa Women's Championship hosted in Namibia which the team won.

The Super Falcons are billed to open their World Cup campaign against Olympics Champions and Group B opponents Canada in eight days' time at the Melbourne Rectangular Stadium in Australia.
