Future Eagles Thump John Utaka Football Club 2-0 In Friendly Game

Coach Haruna Ilerika’s U-16 tutelage, the Future Eagles of Nigeria will depart for Dream Cup in Japan unbeaten after the conclusion of the second phase of the team camping exercise with five preparatory games played. The young lads were able to maintain their unbeaten streak and are hoping to have continue with the rich vein of form when the tournament kickoff in June.

The Future Eagles beat Abuja-based John Utaka Football Club 2-0 to round off their preparations at the FIFA 

Goal Project pitch in Abuja on Saturday as part of their build up towards the fast approaching Dream Cup tournament in Japan.

36 Lion products, Alex "Pankere" John and Alatan Azuka combined well with a goal each to put the game to bed and beyond the reach of their opponent.

It is expected that the team put up a good outing in Japan to make the nation proud.

The Future Eagles will depart Abuja this Sunday with 18 players and 8 officials.
