Ghana Football Association (GFA) president Kurt Okraku has expressed strong pride in Ghanaian referee Daniel Nii Laryea following his appointment to officiate the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025 semi-final between Morocco and Nigeria, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Okraku described Laryea’s selection by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) as a clear vote of confidence in his competence and professionalism, highlighting the significance of being entrusted with such a high-profile fixture.
