Gabon To Unveil Squad Thursday Begin Camping Sunday Ahead Of World Cup Playoffs

Gabon head coach Thierry Mouyouma will announce his 25-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup playoffs on Thursday, BSNSports.com.ng reports 

The Panthers are set to face the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the semi-final at the El Barid Stadium in Rabat on Thursday, November 13.

Captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Mario Lemina, and Denis Bouanga are all expected to feature on the list, alongside other regulars.

The winner of the tie will advance to the final, where they will meet either Cameroon or the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Meanwhile, the Gabonese team will begin their preparation camp for the playoffs in Rabat on Sunday.
