German Bundesliga: Boniface Is A Complete Striker - Liverpool Legend

The coach of the German Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen Xabi Alonso has confirmed that Nigeria forward Victor Boniface is a complete striker, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The newly acquired attacker has been in the news in the last two weeks after scoring a brace in back-to-back games for the German side.

The performance earned him a call-up to the Super Eagles team that will face Sao Tome and Principe in the final group game of the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifier.

The Liverpool legend stated that Boniface gets along with his teammates both on and off the field.

"Victor is not merely a proficient striker; he is a complete player,” noted the former Liverpool and Real Madrid midfielder, emphasizing the player’s versatile skill set.

“And you can see that he gets along very well with his teammates, both on and off the pitch", he said 

Boniface is expected to make his debut in the game against Sao Tome and Principe this weekend in Uyo.
