Jose Bordalás has charged his players not to lose focus despite missing Super Eagles midfielder Christantus Uche, reports BSNSports.com.ng.

Getafe’s strong start to the season continued on their return to Madrid as Jose Bordalas’ team swept past 10-man Real Oviedo without the Nigerian.

Giving his thoughts, "It's clear that Uche's departure is significant for us. The decision has been made for him to leave, and I wish him and his family the best.

"Now we need to focus on the players we have. We are the only team with six free agents, and we must reinvent ourselves each week. We can either lament our situation or work hard to achieve our objectives, and I choose the latter.”

Premier League Crystal Palace completed the signing of exciting young talent from Getafe on a season-long loan on deadline-day of the summer transfer window.

The Nigerian made 41 appearances in all competitions for the La Liga side, scoring on four occasions and contributing seven assists.
