Gift Orban Set For Turkish Move As Amedspor Agree Loan Deal With Hoffenheim

Sampson Adedeji

Newly promoted Turkish club Amedspor have reached a full agreement with German Bundesliga side Hoffenheim for the loan signing of Nigerian striker Gift Orban, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The deal was reportedly agreed verbally, with Amedspor moving swiftly to secure the services of the 23-year-old forward ahead of the new season.

Personal terms have also been finalised, and arrangements are currently being made for Orban to travel to Turkey to undergo his medical before completing the move and being officially unveiled.

The agreement is for a season-long loan and includes an option for Amedspor to make the transfer permanent at the end of the campaign.

Despite attracting interest from other clubs, the Nigerian forward opted for a move to Turkey as he looks to revive his career with regular playing time.

Orban will now be hoping to make an immediate impact as Amedspor prepare for their first season following promotion.
