Heartland Queens Declare Uchechi Onyechere AWOL

The management of Heartland Queens have declared one of its players absent without official leave, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

This was contained in a statement signed by the club's Secretary, Ngozi Agbaere.

 "The management of Heartland Queens Football Club of Owerri wishes to state that the club does not know the whereabout of her player, Uchechi Onyechere.

"The club states that the player has been away for upward of two months from the team's camp without permission and all concerted efforts to trace her whereabout have proved abortive.

"The club wishes to put the general public in the known of the player's sudden disappearance and all clubs, and warns of any person(s) or club(s) trying to engage her services that such attempt is futile and of no effect as the player still has a subsisting contract with the club."
