Heavy Downpour in Ghana Forces Postponement of Golden Eaglets Clash

Heavy downpour in Ghana has forced the postponement of the clash between the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria and Togo, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The game, which is their final group B game against Togo at the ongoing WAFU B U17 tournament has been shifted till tomorrow morning.

Nigeria have four points from two games, the same number of points with Burkina Faso that sits atop on goals difference of plus two, while Nigeria has plus one.

Ghana, Cote D'Ivoire and Benin Republic are in Group A while Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Togo and Niger Republic are in Group B.

The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-final of the 2024 WAFU B U-17 competition.
