How Remo Stars Staged Comeback Against Abia Warriors - Ogunmode

Remo Stars' head coach, Daniel Ogunmodede, has explained the reasons behind his team's early goals conceded against Abia Warriors, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Sky Blue Boys had to come from 2-0 down to secure a 3-2 victory over the visitors on Wednesday in their Matchday 21 fixture of the Nigeria Premier Football League.

"The first half was intense and surprising, especially playing at home," Ogunmodede said in a post-match interview.

"You can't always be lucky, especially against a strong team like Abia Warriors."

"We underestimated our opponents' quality and paid the price for it," he added.

 "Fortunately, we recognized the problem and made adjustments, which led to our comeback and eventual win."
