I Cherish My Time With The Flying Burnley Defender.... Noah Adekoya

Nigeria Born Burnley talented young Defender Noah Adekoya, has described his time with the Flying Eagles of Nigeria in Abuja as one of the most cherished moment of his career so far.

Speaking in a chat with BSN Sports the newly promoted youth team player of the English Premier League side disclosed that his experience and training with the team for close to a month has helped to shape the African strength in him and he will always appreciate the National Team coach Aliu Zubairu and his teammates for the opportunity to play with the team he said.

"I will always be proud of coming home to play for Nigeria and my time with the Flying Eagles and I must confess to you it was a wonderful time for me and experiencing love from everyone around has opened my heart to look forward to the Super Eagles in the future". The 18 year old towering defender revealed.

Speaking further, the young talent who just signed his first professional contract after his time with the Flying Eagles in September said his next target is to get regular games for his Premier League side Burnley in the Premier league to prepare him for the future challenge of playing for the Nigeria Super Eagles which he said is his next dream for now.

" Currently I am training very hard to get into the match day squad which I know will come soon and I am looking forward to start playing for Burnley in the league and also anticipating to be part of the Nigeria Super Eagles because it has always been my dream to come and play for my country from childhood because my grandma used to tell me wonderful stories about Nigeria" the Burnley Defender concluded.

The player who is comfortable playing with both feet, and also known for his passing style of playing has combined hard work with his versatility on the field of play. He has featured for Burnley 1st Team in Preseason games before the start of the Season.

Noah has said one of the best things in camp was making life long friends with the boys at camp.
