ICC T20 Women World Cup Qualifier: Uganda Pips Female Yellow Greens

Host Crested Cranes continued with their impressive performance in the ongoing International Cricket Council T20 Women World Cup qualifier on Thursday afternoon with another victory over Nigeria, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Uganda has been a strong force in the qualifier winning their immediate two games against Namibia and Rwanda.

Nigeria's Female Yellow Greens started the competition with a defeat to Namibia but recovered to win the second game against Rwanda.

Both teams clashed on Thursday and it was the host Uganda that triumphed by 6 wickets.

The result means Uganda booked their spot in the semi-final of the qualifier while Nigeria will wait for the remaining games to determine its fate.
