After missing out on the opportunity to reach the Mixed Doubles final, Team Nigeria table tennis cruised into the ITTF African Championship Men's Doubles final, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The duo of Olajide Omotayo and Matthew Kuti proved too much for the Egyptian duo of Ghallab Aly and Helmy Mahmoud to win 3-2.

The performance of Nigeria in the ongoing competition in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia has been indifferent, failing to reach the final of singles.

In the final of the Men's Doubles, Omotayo and Matthew will face fellow countrymen Muizz Adegoke and AbdulBasit Abdulfatai on Saturday.
