ITTF Rankings: Aruna Quadri Move Up One Spot

Following his scintillating performance in the just concluded Singapore Smash, Nigeria table tennis star Aruna Quadri has moved up in the latest International Table Tennis ranking, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.
The current African No. 1 put up a distinctive performance to reach the competition's last 8 beatings Ruwen Filus, Felix Lebrun, and Tomokazu Harimoto before losing to the Brazilian Hugo Calderano.
According to the latest ranking released, Aruna is now ranked 13th in the World as against the 14th he was before.
The performance in Singapore garnered him 350 ranking points for a total of 2005 for March.
Nigeria international has been listed among the world’s elite table tennis stars that will compete at the $800,000 prize money WTT Champions Xinxiang in China next month.
