Ideye Remains Optimistic About Enyimba International, NPFL

Newly acquired Enyimba International striker Brown Ideye has shared his optimism about the club and Nigeria Premier Football League, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The former West Brom Albion attacker returned to the NPFL and signed for the People's Elephant a few days later.

He made his debut in their home draw against Plateau United on Monday and he has refused to give up on the club.

He further remained hopeful about the league itself coming good in the future.

" We still have a lot to do because the league is still young.

"The first round has just ended, and we still have the second round. I have to work together as a team and make sure we correct our mistakes.

" I think we can compete, and we will get there soon, and for players like me, coming back to the league is good", he said.
