Iheanacho and Lookman feature for Leicester City, but late Richarlison goal boosts Everton survival hopes

Super Eagles of Nigeria duo Kelechi Iheanacho and Ademola Lookman were on action for English Premier League giants Leicester City football club on Wednesday night, as they played out a 1-1 draw against Everton football club at Goodison Park Stadium, BSNSports com.ng reports.

The Nigerian internationals have been doing pretty well for the club since the beginning of the season, and they were able to impress again on Wednesday.

Kelechi Iheanacho started in the away team's attack alongside Harvey Barnes and James Maddison, while Ademola Lookman was introduced to the pitch in the early minutes of the second half.

England star Harvey Barnes opened scoring for the away team in the 5th minutes through a fine teamwork from Nigerian Kelechi Iheanacho to end the first half 1-0.

Both teams tried so hard to score more goals in the second half of the game, but all their efforts were not successful until the last minute when Brazilian star Richarlison equalized for the home team to end the match in a 1-1 draw.

The Nigerian stars were exceptional in the entertaining encounter, and they were able to help their team secure a hard-fought draw.

The 1-1 draw against Everton football club has now taken Leicester City football club to the 9th spot of the English Premier League table with 41 points from 31 matches played.
