Ikorodu City FC Confirms Participation In 2024/25 NPFL Season

Newly promoted Nigerian Premier Football League side, Ikorodu City, has confirmed its participation in the upcoming 2024/2025 NPFL season, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The club’s football director, Tobi Adepoju, refuted the claims on social media after speculation arose that Ikorodu City was considering selling its spot.

According to him; “Since our promotion, the Ikorodu City Board and Management have never considered selling the slot."

"We are establishing a brand, and our integrity is important. We will compete based on our strengths and give it our best.

The Oga Boys join Nasarawa United, Beyond Limits, and FA Cup winners El Kanemi Warriors as promoted teams, replacing Sporting Lagos, Heartland FC, Doma United, and Gombe United.
