The 2023/2024 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, winning coach, Fidelis Ilechukwu alongside his marksman, Godwin Obaje have been nominated for Manager and Player of the Month, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The award is organised by the League Bloggers Award for the month of May and June and is powered by 54footballx.

Other nominees for the Manager of the Month include; Kennedy Boboye of Sunshine Stars, Majin Mohammed of Niger Tornadoes and Meremu Okara of Bayelsa United. 

In the players category, Obaje cut the top scorer of the just concluded season, Chijioke Mbaoma of Enyimba FC, Christian Pyagbara of 3SC, John Bassey of Bayelsa United, Jonathan Alukwu of Sporting Lagos and Sani Suleiman of Akwa United.
