Indian 2022: Flamingoes Resumes Training In Abuja

In preparation for the next stage of the FIFA U17 Women World Cup in India, Nigeria U17 team Flamingoes on Monday resumed training in Abuja, BSNSports.com.ng reports.


The Flamingoes smashed Congo DR 8-0 aggregate in the last round played on 6th and 19th March, 2022.


They will now take on Egypt's U17 Women team in the next qualifying round, the first leg slated for 14th of April at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja and the return leg on the 28th of April in Cairo Egypt.


The U17 Women World Cup will take place in India between 11 Oct 2022 and 30 Oct 2022 with 16 teams across the globe expected to take part.
