Injury Update: Akor Adams Returns For Sevilla

Nigeria's Super Eagles forward Akor Adams has recovered from injury and made his return for Sevilla in La Liga, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The former Flying Eagles star had been sidelined for the past two months after undergoing surgery.

Adams was initially included in Nigeria’s 39-man provisional squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers but did not make the final 23-man list.

He made his comeback on Sunday as Sevilla faced Athletic Bilbao, coming on in the 83rd minute for Agoumé Sow.

However, he couldn't prevent his team from suffering a 0-1 home defeat.
