Injury Update: Awoniyi Returns To Full Training

The hope of Nottingham Forest surviving the relegation received a massive boost on Saturday as the injured Taiwo Awoniyi returned to the team training, BSNSports.com.ng report.

The 25-year-old has been sidelined since the start of the year after sustaining the groin problem in the 1-0 win over Southampton. 

The Nigerian forward who scored the winner was forced off with 20 minutes from time.

The injury has kept him out of action for 13 matches and his absence has affected the club massively.

His actual return date has not been specified but is likely to play a part in the club's next game.
