Injury Update: Zaidu Sanusi Out For One Month

After a comprehensive test Portuguese Primera Liga giants, FC Porto have confirmed that Nigeria Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Zaidu Sanusi will be out of action for one month, BSNSports.com.ng report.

The left-footed Nigeria international sustained the injury during a champions league match between FC Porto and Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.

He was replaced by the Brazilian international Wendell in the 53rd minute after a horrific tackle from the Atletico Madrid attacker.

They were unable to ascertain the level of the injury after the game and he was subjected to a more comprehensive test and the result is finally out.

According to the update from Portugal, the Nigeria international has been ruled out of action for a month which means Zaidu will not compete again for Porto in the year 2022.
