In readiness for the forthcoming U20 African Cup of Nations in Egypt, Nigeria's Flying Eagles under Coach Ladan Bosso faced a herculean task when they confronted Junior Chipolopolo of Zambia in Abuja on Friday afternoon, BSNSports.com.ng report.

The game was organised as part of the preparations for the biennial competition which will commence in the North African country on February 19th.

Played at the Abuja National Stadium in Abuja, the Zambians looked more composed and disciplined than their counterpart but it was the host that broke the deadlock in the 39th minute through Haliru Sarki.

The away side continued their pressing game and was able to equalise in the 60th minute but Adam Olamilekan quickly restored Nigeria's lead in the 63rd minute.

Zambia proved to be a strong opponent as they levelled up again three minutes later before Emmanuel Uchegbu finally secured the game for Nigeria in the 77th minute while Samson Lawal netted the 4th goal in the 87th minute.

The Nigeria side is expected to continue their closed camping and preparations while Zambia is moving to Dakar to play another friendly against the Junior Teranga Lions before heading to Egypt for the competition.
