International Friendly: Mexico Call Up 38 Players For Super Eagles Clash

Ahead of the proposed International friendly match against Nigeria's Super Eagles, the manager of El Tri of Mexico Gerard Martino has invited 38 players for the match, BSNsports.com.ng can report


The Nigeria Football Federation and their counterpart from Mexico agreed to have a friendly engagement with one another ahead of their next competitive games.


Mexico was among the 32 teams that secured their passage to the Qatar 2022 World Cup while the Super Eagles failed to qualify after losing out to the Black Stars of Ghana in the playoff round.


Mexico defeated Super Eagles B team in late 2021 in a friendly game in the United and found the worthy to face the African giant again.


The list of the invited players was released on Tuesday evening and they are expected to resume closed camping with immediate effect.


The match is slated for Red Bull stadium in Dallas.
