Israeli Pro League: Comeback Win Delights Adeleye

Nigeria's Super Eagles goalkeeper Adebayo Adeleye continued his impressive performance in the colours of the Israeli Pro League side Hapoel Jerusalem FC as he put up another superlative outing on Sunday evening against Hapoel Tel Aviv, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

The Hapoel-based side surprisingly made it to Europe last season with the help of Nigeria International who was outstanding throughout the season.

He was the cynosure of all eyes again on Sunday in a derby, despite conceding first in the game, Adeleye was able to play an active role in the team's 1-3 win.

He was excited after the match as the win put them in the second position on the table.

"It takes courage and good character to bounce back after conceding the first goal.

"Excited that we won 3-1 and move to second place in the league", he said.
