It's Abnormal To Relegate Finidi - Rwanda Coach

The coach of the Amavubi of Rwanda Torten Frank Spittler has shown his displeasure with the relegation of Finidi George as Super Eagles coach, BSNSports.com.ng reports 

The Nigeria Football Federation during the week announced that they would hire a foreign coach to take over from Finidi due poor performance of the team.

The Rwanda gaffer tagged the situation as abnormal and unfortunate.

"I think it's unfortunately abnormal, but I haven't seen Nigeria play.

"People in the football world don't look at how the team. played but are interested in maintaining records.

If the results are bad, the coach knows they have to live with the possibility of being sacked.

"If the results are not coming, it's difficult to keep the coach because of media pressure", he told Brila FM.
