Italian Serie A: Napoli Set Deadline For Osimhen's Contract Renewal

Italian Serie A champions Napoli has set a deadline for the contract renewal of Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Naples-based club want to shore up their squad ahead of the next transfer window and has set deadlines for the contract renewals of two of its stars including Osimhen.

According to the update from Italy, Osimhen has already agreed on a new salary with the club, around â‚¬6m net per season, but no common ground has been found on the release clause yet.

His agent Roberto Calenda is in constant contact with Napoli.

The Nigerian international netted over 30 goals for Nerazurri last season and he has scored 3 goals this season.
