Italian Serie A side Empoli continue their struggle for survival in the league as they suffered another defeat to Atalanta, BSNSports.com.ng report.

Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Tyrone Ebuehi posted an impressive performance in the game but his effort counted for little.

Empoli started the game firmly and controlled the game better than Atlanta and they got their deserved goal in the 44th minute through Ebuehi.

The host came out better in the second half, they quickly settled into the game and equalised in the 55th minute through De Roon.

Hojlund who was introduced into the game in the 79th minute got the winning goal in the 86th minute and handed Atalanta a 2-1 win.
