 Ivory Coast clinched the 2025 WAFU B U-20 Championship title after a narrow 1-0 victory over Nigeria's Flying Eagles in a tightly contested final held Wednesday night at the Cape Coast Stadium in Ghana, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The match remained goalless at halftime, with both sides creating chances but failing to convert. The deadlock was finally broken in the second half when a dangerous free-kick delivery into the Nigerian box was mishandled by the goalkeeper. Zakaria Tindano capitalized on the loose ball, firing home what would ultimately be the winning goal.
