With a few days to the start of the 2024/2025 English Premier League season, Nigeria's Super Eagles and Fulham FC midfielder Alex Iwobi is raring to go, BSNSports.com.ng report 

The Nigerian International joined Fulham last summer from Everton FC and he has been able to stamp his authority in the team.

It’s good that we were able to get the result, get some minutes in the legs. I’m very tired right now but feeling sharp and ready for the season to start,” he told Fulham’s official website.

“If I can’t score at least I’m able to create chances for my team-mates and Smith Rowe and Adama Traore are going to put those chances away. 

It’s not just them – there are so many goal threats in this team.”

Iwobi is expected to be in action when Fulham face Manchester United in the first game of the season.
