Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi has shared his experience about his time at Everton, reports BSNSports.com.ng.

Iwobi had a solid time at Everton, where he was bought for £34m and later sold for £22m to Fulham, both under Marco Silva.

Although some might view his time as a flop, he improved significantly under Frank Lampard, playing a crucial role in keeping Everton in the Premier League.

Starting his career at Arsenal, Iwobi noted a distinct difference in the playing styles, saying, “Arsenal were tiki-taka.

"Everton, run, tackle, if a guy is going past you, kick him.”

He felt valued at Everton, saying, “They treated me like I was one of their own.”

Now, with a strong season at Fulham, Everton fans may be surprised at how well he’s performed.
