Iwobi Targets European Qualification With Fulham Next Season

Fulham midfielder Alex Iwobi has expressed his desire to see the club secure a place in Europe next season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Marco Silva’s men impressed in the Premier League last term, finishing eighth their best-ever position in the competition’s history.

Despite the achievement, the West London side narrowly missed out on European qualification.

Iwobi believes last season’s strong showing should fuel the team’s ambition to reach new heights in the upcoming campaign.

“What we achieved last season should be a stepping stone a motivation for us to secure European football now,” Iwobi told Sky Sports.
