James Isaac Joins Portuguese Side CD Feirense On Two-Year Deal

Former Nasarawa United forward, James Isaac has completed his move to Portuguese Pro Liga side, CD Feirense from Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) giants, Remo Stars, on a two-year deal, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Isaac, who joined the Sky Blue Stars last summer, from relegated Nasarawa United made couple of league appearances for the Daniel Ogunmodede led side, before he was sidelined due to injury earlier in the season. 

The Benue-born forward move to Portugal will be a fresh start and new beginning for his football career, with the expectations of taking his football career and goals to a different level in the Liga Portugal 2 this season. 

Isaac, after completing his medicals and other details of the deal, says that he is happy to begin a new life in Portugal with CD Feirense.

"Yes, it is a new Experience, Beginning and Good opportunity for me to join CD Feirense. It is also a great opportunity to feel the Culture in Portugal and the experience of playing in Europe," Isaac concluded. 

Isaac will be hoping to make his competitive debut for CD Feirense, when they take on Panafiel SC, in a Liga Portugal 2 Matchday 19 encounter, on Monday, January 29th, 2024, at the Estadio Municipal 25 de Abril.
