Johnson Dagana Emerges 1st Elected SESC President

Barrister Johnson Dagana has been elected president of Super Eagles Supporters Club, BSNSports.com.ng can report.
The election which took place on Saturday at the Aris hotels Abuja saw the newly elected president polled 42 votes as he emerged unopposed.
Elated first elected president during his acceptance speech after the election told BSN Sports that his first point of call will be to unite all Super Eagles Supporters Club across Nigeria. This according to him will make them to be more formidable and recognised across the globe.
Thanking the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and the Ministry of Sports, Dagana said he won't take it for granted the assistance rendered by the Ministry of Sports and the NFF in making the election a free, fair and peaceful one. He also promised to pay courtesy visits to both bodies for partnership in an effort to steer the ship of the Association to the next level.
"This is the first elected executive members of Super Eagles Supporters Club. I want to assure those who voted for me that I will do my best to make the Association better than I met it. Today mark a new beginning and the elected executive members will charge a new course for positive change.
"The first thing this executive members will do is to unite all the supporters clubs across Nigeria to become more formidable.
"We are going to partner with the Ministry of Sports and the NFF and also thank them for giving us an enabling environment to make today's election a free Fair and peaceful one.
In the election, Alao Musiliu emerged the Deputy National President with 42 votes while Stephen Ikoro is the Vice President South East with 41 votes. Others are: Adekunle Dare who garnered 39 votes emerged National Vice President, South South, Umar Mohammed defeated Adeola with 22 to 17 votes to become National Welfare of the body. Fred Daniel is the Financial Secretary who emerged unopposed with 41 votes. Olutoye Orishabiyi is the National Public Relation Officer as Agbor David gets National Whip position in the Exco. Ejiro Okurame with 41 votes is the National Social Secretary
