Jupiler League: Former Flying Eagles Midfielder Wins Club Player Of The Month

Former Nigeria's Flying Eagles midfielder Alhassan Yusuf continued to make name for himself in the Belgium Jupiler League with his club Royal Antwerp, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

Yusuf who joined the Belgian side a few seasons back has been a major revelation for the club since last season with his amazing performance.

He played seven games for the club this season and his performance in August has not gone unnoticed.

The club on Saturday announced Yusuf as the club Player of the Month for August beating Jean Butez, Vincent Jansen and Michel-Ange Balikiwsha for the individual award.

The 22-year-old skilful midfielder is expected to continue his good form when Antwerp face Cercle Brugge on Sunday.
