Jupiler League: Former Flying Eagles Suffers Injury

By Sampson Adedeji

Former Nigeria's Flying Eagles and Genk of Belgium winger Yira Sor has sustained an injury, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Since the departure of Paul Onuachu to the premier league, the Limburgers have struggled to find stability in the attack.

Genk have to deal with a series of disappointments especially with their attackers which puts even more pressure on the match against Club Brugge this weekend.

Nigeria international Tolu Arokodare has been hampered by injuries and Aly Samatta's lack of form has posed problems before and Sor has joined the list of concerns.

The Nigerian left winger was forced out of collective training this Thursday after experiencing pain in his ankle.

Although he was able to continue training without the ball, the lingering injury raises concerns over his availability for the crucial game against Club Brugge.
