Jupiler League: Nigerian Forward Misses Penalty In Club's Defeat

Nigerian international striker Tolulope Arokodare missed the opportunity to increase his goal tally this season as he missed the last minute penalty for Genk, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Tolu has been one of the hottest striker in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League this season scoring 10 goals to propel Genk.

The Limburgers played away to Club Brugge on Sunday afternoon and suffered a 2-1 defeat.

After a goalless first half, Mechelle put the host ahead in the 73rd minute and Genk was awarded a penalty four minutes later which was missed by Tolu.

Skov put the game beyond Genk in the 86th minute and ensured a 2-0 win for Brugge.
