Jupiler League: Onuachu On Target, Sor Debut As Genk Thump Club Brugge

RKC Genk continue its impressive performance in the Jupiler league season as they secured another vital against champions Club Brugge, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The duo of Nigeria Internationals Paul Onuachu and newly acquired Yira were in action in Genk's 3-1 victory.

Vanaken put Brugge ahead in the 21st minute before Cuesta restored parity for the host 4 minutes later.

Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Onuachu gave Genk a well-deserved lead in the 67th minute and Heynen put the game beyond Brugge with the 3rd goal in the 81st minute.

Former Flying Eagles attacker made his debut for the Limburgers as he was introduced into the game in the 88th minute for Elkannouss.

The win ensured that Genk maintained its position on top of the table with 49 points in 19 matches.
