Jupiler League: Union Saint Gilloise CEO Confirms Boniface Departure

The Chief Executive Officer of the Belgium Jupiler League side Union St Giloise Phiippe Borman has confirmed that Nigeria forward Victor Boniface will leave the club at the end of the season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The hardworking attacker joined Gilloise for less than €2 million last summer but his value witnessed a rapid increase following his amazing performance.

 â€œIs there even a one percent chance that Boniface will stay? Never say never, but that seems very unlikely to me. I can no longer count the interested clubs who are concrete on two hands", he said.

He has been linked with several European clubs including Eintracht Frankfurt, Union Berlin, Naples and AC Milan but Borman refused to confirm any team.

This season, he has registered 16 goals and 9 assists in 48 games in all competitions.
