According to *La Gazzetta dello Sport*, Cristiano Giuntoli, the sporting director of Juventus, has identified Victor Osimhen as the top candidate to replace Dusan Vlahovic.

Currently on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, Osimhen has been in outstanding form, scoring 17 goals in 21 appearances, BSNSports.com.ng has sourced.

The Nigerian striker previously worked with Giuntoli at Napoli during their 2023 Scudetto-winning season and is now viewed as a realistic target for Juventus.

The club is prepared to trigger Osimhen’s €75 million release clause, which is only applicable to clubs outside of Italy.

However, this clause will necessitate negotiations with Napoli, adding complexity to the potential transfer.

Osimhen’s future at Napoli appears uncertain, as both the player and the club seem ready to part ways. For Juventus, he would be an ideal replacement for Vlahovic, as he is likely to cost less in wages and benefit from tax advantages under the Decreto Crescita.
