Kano Pillars Confirm Departure of Eight First-Team Players

Kano Pillars FC have confirmed the departure of eight players following the expiration of their contracts at the end of the 2025/2026 football season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The players leaving the club are Muhammad Galadima, Ugochukwu Gabriel, Zahraddeen Bello, Williams Ayuba, Bernard Ovoke, Christian Izuchukwu, Sudais Ali Baba, and Aliyu Yakubu.
In a statement released by the club, Kano Pillars expressed appreciation to the departing players for their commitment, professionalism, and contributions during their time with the four-time Nigeria Premier Football League champions.
The club acknowledged the role each player played in representing Sai Masu Gida and thanked them for their service and dedication throughout their stay.
“Kano Pillars FC sincerely appreciates the commitment, professionalism, and contributions of the players during their time with the club,” the statement read.
The club also extended its best wishes to the players as they embark on the next phase of their careers, emphasizing that they will always remain part of the Kano Pillars family.
