Kayode Bankole Shares First Super Eagles Call-Up Experience

Remo Stars goalkeeper, Kayode Bankole has shared his first call-up experience with the Nigeria men's senior national team, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Bankole, alongside 22 other Super Eagles players will battle their Rwandan and Zimbabwean opponents in Eric Chelle's first assignment for a place in the FIFA World Cup.

According to the shot-stopper, the players know are ready for the huge task ahead starting with a positive result against Rwanda.

 "It's a great feeling to be in the midst of the big boys and superstars. I flew in with the NFL coaches like Daniel Ogunmodede and Fidelis Ilechukwu and I am actually familiar with them. It was a great feeling.

 "Getting the club at this time is something amazing for me and it's a big task ahead of us because everybody expects Nigeria to qualify for the World Cup, which I know it's impossible with God on our side, I know it is going to be possible."
