Kelechi Nwakali Joins Cypriot Club Omonia 29M

Super Eagles midfielder Kelechi Nwakali has completed a move to Cypriot side Omonia 29M from English club Barnsley, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian midfielder leaves Barnsley after his spell with the English side and will now continue his career in Cyprus.

Nwakali, who has represented Nigeria at senior international level, is expected to bring his experience and creativity to Omonia 29M as the club prepares for the new season.

The move marks another chapter in the career of the former Arsenal midfielder, who has also featured for clubs including Huesca, Alcorcón and Chaves.
