Malta-based Nigerian goalkeeper Emeka Kelvin Agu is seriously knocking on the door of Nigeria's Flying Eagles with his distinctive performance in the Maltese league with Sliema Wanderers, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The 19-year-old former Olympic Hybrid shot-stopper made a name for himself while playing in the Latvian Premier League with Leevon Saldus.
He moved to Marupe the same season before the Maltese side Sliema came for his signature.
Kelvin was instrumental in Sliema breaking a record this season as they qualified for the UEFA Conference League.
They edged giant Floriana FC on penalties to lift the trophy and booked their place in the UEFA competition.
Sliema with the hardwork of Nigerian International ensured that the club secured their first glory since 2016.
