The hope of the Team Nigeria in Cricket to return to winning ways suffered a big blow on Tuesday as they lost the two consecutive games, BSNsports.com.ng understand.

The Nigeria women's team campaigning in the ongoing Kwibuka T20 tournament in Kigali, Rwanda started their campaign on a promising note.

They defeated Brazil, Germany and Botswana before their impressive performance came to halt against Uganda on Monday.

They suffered their second defeat in the competition on Tuesday as they lost to Kenya by 42 runs and it was a shocking defeat for the Nigerians.

They will have another opportunity to redeem themselves on Wednesday when they face Tanzania.
