Large Crowd Welcome Didier Drogba To FIF Office Ahead Of Election

Large Crowd welcomes Chelsea Legend, Didier Drogba to the Ivorian Football Federation house for the submission of his candidate form for the 2022 FIF election, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Crowd were waiting for the Ivorian Legend who is among those running for the Presidency of the Ivorian Football Federation seat which has been vacant since 2020 to submit his form.

Didier Drogba on his arrival says he is the one to unite and rebirth the emergence of Ivorian football.

“My intention of running for president is for unity, for football players, my project is that of the rebirth and emergence of Ivorian football, in connection with the vision for emergence as advocated by the President of the Republic., if on the evening of April 23 the 81 voters choose me as the head of the federation of Ivorian Football then I will propose to the other candidates to work with me since football brings people together and it’s a family.

The Chelsea legend will compete with 5 other people who have also submitted their forms for the election slated for April 23rd, 2022.
