Lazio Manager Provides Update On Dele-Bashiru’s Injury

Lazio manager Marco Baroni has shared an update on the injury sustained by Nigerian midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru during their Serie A match against Venezia, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Dele-Bashiru suffered an ankle sprain following a collision with Alessio Zerbin late in the first half.

He had to be assisted off the pitch by Lazio’s medical staff, with new signing Rade Belahyane replacing him in the 41st minute.

 “We need to assess his condition. He felt pain after taking that shot. With matches every two or three days, recovering in time for the next game will be challenging,” Baroni told DAZN.
